Many of our clients are bringing work colleagues along as a means to unwind, get to know each other and as a staff incentive. Without necessarily being aware of it, colleagues build better relationships by working together as teams, away from the normal work environment.
Our events are a fun yet competitive way of developing communication skills, leadership and time/resource management abilities. In order to win a game, teams must work together and be willing to take risks. No workshop can do all these things!
Staff and customers are the most important assets to any business. Providing an action-packed, adrenalin-pumping, entertaining day out, in which everyone is involved, will help boost loyalty, commitment and morale. It might help profits too – it’s accepted that when employees are happy they work harder and achieve more.
And remember, Arush is 100% mobile, so we can come to you if you don’t want to come to our fixed site.
How the action happens
Tea/coffee on arrival and a short briefing session.
Play a variety of games, including:
- • VIP Escort (where the VIP could be the manager/boss)
- • Team Deathmatch (team A versus team B)
- • Capture the Flag.
After each game, a short tactical teamtalk/drinks break and feedback from the marshalls before going out for more action!
Away from the action
A traditional long meeting can leave people bored or exhausted and they tend not to retain information so well. Make use of our conference/meeting facilities after the laser tag fun and you’ll likely find people are more focused and have better retention rates.
Conference and meeting rooms, extensive bar and catering facilities, plus sports fields with full changing/showering facilities, are all available through Arush’s landlord – King's House School.
